Easter is this Sunday! The unofficial start to spring and one of my family’s favorite holidays. How can anyone say no to all those chocolate eggs? My kids love hunting for colored eggs and I love that I have an occasion to dress up for the day—even if we’re just staying at home. Even with a fancy dinner, colorful baskets, and sweet desserts I still want to stay comfortable. (I do need to hide all those eggs after all!) So this Easter I’ll be wearing a comfy but so cute sweater and skirt outfit!
Whether you’re opting for seasonal pastels or florals is up to you, but I love midi skirts and oversized sweaters for an easy and pulled-together look. For my Easter outfit, I opted for a darker and more dramatic tie-dye print on my skirt and a soft, cream-toned, puffed-sleeve sweater. With a cute barrette and some black boots, I pull the whole look together, elevating it for the springtime holiday. What are you wearing for Easter Sunday?
“Anyone can get dressed up and glamorous, but it is how people dress in their days off that are the most intriguing.”
