With the holidays right around the corner, there are so many reasons to dress up! Whether I’m heading to a Friendsgiving dinner, party planning with my girlfriends, or just squeezing in a last-minute date night with Bobby, I want to feel chic and low-key. There’s already so much to get done this season now that we can see loved ones again that I don’t want to spend all my free time trying to put together the right outfit! (I want to spend my time with my friends and family!) A seasonally-toned midi dress ticks all the boxes. Especially when paired with the right accessories. It’s versatile, light and delicate, and is easy to dress up or down. Brunch or family dinner, I can make it work for almost any occasion.
While I’m never one to turn down a chic denim look, I can’t say no to an outfit-making midi dress. And this floral, fall-colored green is so pretty! When I’m going out with the girls to plan our Thanksgiving, a mini bag, chunky slides, and sunglasses keep it feeling easy and comfortable. Plus here in San Diego, the weather is still so nice, no need for layers this week! I’m definitely going to be keeping this easy feminine look on rotation all season long!
“Anyone can get dressed up and glamorous, but it is how people dress in their days off that are the most intriguing.” —Alexander Wang
