Fashion is an extension of myself — I love expressing my feelings, energy, and passions through clothing! Putting an outfit together truly is an act of love to me. Trying new pieces, playing with patterns or texture, incorporating color, it’s so fun and freeing.
When it comes to working out, I want to make sure I have just as much fun with my clothes as I do when going out for drinks or lunch with friends. When I love my activewear, I feel more motivated and energized. Two key things to make sure I make the most of my workout.
Bring the Color
While I tend to keep things mostly neutral, I always try to incorporate some color. Whether it’s a bright pair of leggings, socks, or sports bra, it’s fun to break up the common black leggings and black top combo you see so often in activewear.
Switch Things Up
I like to keep my look balanced. If I’m wearing shorts — like my mauve-colored pair — I’ll switch it up with a mock neck or long-sleeve top. Same thing if I’m wearing leggings, I’ll usually match that with a sports bra or crop top. It also depends on what I’m working on that day, but in general, I like to have a mix of lengths and coverage to keep my look interesting!

Go for Quality
Does anyone else hate when their leggings ride down mid-squat? Just say no! I’ve learned that it’s important to invest in good-quality activewear. You don’t need to break the bank, but a little more toward quality goes a long way! I love pieces that have good compression and durability to keep everything in place — no riding up, down, or anywhere else!
Streetwear Meets Gymwear
I love throwing in some more streetwear vibes into my workout style. That could mean oversize hoodies to pair with my shorts, long socks for my shoes (a la Princess Diana), or matching sets in a cool new color.
