Child Modeling & Acting

Child modeling and acting can be a rewarding experience. The opportunities and lessons my kids have had from child acting and modeling have been some of the greatest in their lives. But much like any industry, modeling has its many pros and cons to it.

With four children in the modeling and acting industry, I have a wealth of knowledge that is shared here on City Girl Gone Mom.

As a parent with a child in the acting or modeling industry, be prepared to stay very busy. From attending auditions, rehearsals, and photo shoots, child actors, models, and parents have their work cut out for them.

I personally believe that the pros severely outweigh the cons here. There are exciting experiences around every corner. It’s been inspiring to see how the advantages of child modeling have helped shape my kids. It has helped them in terms of their confidence, work ethic, and kindness.
