I haven’t been home in a few years so my recent trip back to NYC warranted a few new looks! I’m sharing the pieces that let me walk the city streets in style! When choosing what to wear, I wanted pieces that were comfortable yet chic. I truly wanted to look like a boss! After all, I am Boss Baby’s mama… And when I’m in the city, I love to tap into all the edgy pieces in my closet—layers, dark dramatic colors, and luxury accessories. Plus, it was still chilly enough in NYC for my camel-colored coat and my favorite hats!

I packed lots of neutral-toned pieces that I knew would work in the city and pair well together. (My suitcase will only hold so much!) Black leather-look leggings were a must and a couple of pairs of black boots went with every outfit. Add some black tees, a tan blazer, and sneakers and I was ready for a week in my hometown. For an extra dose of glam, everything was paired with my new Louis Vuitton bag. I can’t get enough of it! If you’re looking for some cool-girl city looks, I’m sharing all my favorites below!
