Must-Have Basics for a Warm Winter

There’s something about winter, even here in San Diego, that makes me feel so cuddly and warm inside! Maybe it’s the afterglow of the holidays or the crackle of the fireplace, but there’s nothing better than cozying up inside on chilly winter days! And though I’ve been spending most of my days at home snug in my pajamas (no shame!), sometimes you have to venture out. Those errands aren’t going to run themselves! My kids still have school, classes, games, and more, so mom needs to be comfortable and warm while driving them to and fro. That’s when I turn to my favorite cold-weather basics. 

As much as I love a statement piece, there’s something to be said for basics. They’re easy to wear, easy to style, and layer easily to keep me warm!  Plus in the right color combination, they can coordinate with my Brody’s outfits without looking too matchy-matchy. For Boss Baby Brody, warm basics are a must-have! He plays hard, dances hard, and needs easy-to-wear and style pieces that keep up with him! Whether we’re heading to dance class or I’m picking up groceries for dinner, these winter basics are a go-to for me and my tiny dancer!
