This past year has been a little lonely. As much as I love my husband, kids, and dogs, I miss my all of my family and friends. I know I’m not the only one that feels this way. We’ve all been separated from the ones we love. We’ve missed holidays, birthdays, and important milestones due to social distancing. And while the world is slowly trying to get back to normal, there are so many ways to reach out and remind your loved ones how much you care. My favorite way is to send them all cookies!

The first commercial cookie in the U.S. was the Animal Cracker, introduced in 1902.

Sending Sugary Gifts

Sometimes you need a little Sunday sweet to get through such a long week! (Or in this case, year.) And I’m excited to share these delectable, fresh-baked cookies from local favorite Batch & Box with my family and friends! These are the perfect gifts just to let people know you’re thinking of them and you miss them!

I know I definitely don’t have the time (or talent!) to make cookies this good. So I love knowing I can just send a batch of these delicious treats to my loved ones just to say “I love you!” And they have seasonal treats as well for special holidays and occasions. Right now, they’re offering The Patty, a mint-filled cookie, and The Sugar Cookie with green shamrock sprinkles for St. Patrick’s Day!

Delicious Sweet Treats

We had a few Batch & Box cookies delivered to our house, and tried The PB Mama, a delicious peanut butter cookie with little peanut butter morsels! Then we tasted The Mud Pie, probably a favorite of mine with dark chocolate chunks, sea salt caramel, toasted almonds, and white chocolate, and The Sugar Cookie, which was dressed up with rainbow sprinkles! (Which Brody loved!)

The woman-owned company bakes all of its cookies in-house daily with the freshest premium ingredients. They use the best chocolates, high-quality fruits, and tasty spices from around the world to make some of the best cookies we’ve ever tried. And I know my friends and family will love them!
