Five years doing the @danceone dance comp and convention with @danceologypac and the laughs and joy (minus the exhaustion) have been incredible. Some seasons in life just hit harder than others… and no one really prepares you for that part.

Lately I’ve been reminded how important it is to pause not quit not give up just breathe long enough to feel like yourself again.

This day at @ranchovalencia wasn’t just a spa day for me it was time with my mom friends who are all walking through their own versions of new beginnings. And there’s something really powerful about being surrounded by women who get it without you having to explain a thing.

We laughed we slowed down we actually sat still and for a moment everything felt lighter.

And maybe that’s the takeaway
You don’t have to have it all figured out but you do have to take care of yourself while you’re figuring it out.

So I’m curious…

Sure, vacations are expensive…
but how do you put a price on your kids being ungrateful in a different country? 🌎😅

Took them all the way to the BVI for sunshine, salt air, and core memories…
and somehow the attitude packed itself too 🛥️

But honestly… I wouldn’t trade these chaotic, loud, imperfect moments for anything.
Because one day, this is the stuff we’ll laugh about the most.
