At this point, I don’t need a resolution—I need a filter.
Less noise. More life. And no, not busier (because, well, that’s impossible).

After years of doing everything for everyone else—holding it all together, showing up, powering through—I’m intentionally building a life that feels full, not frantic. Still ambitious. Still driven. Just way more aligned.

This is my vision for 2026.
And it feels good.

More Experiences (Without the Guilt)

For a long time, I treated experiences like rewards I hadn’t earned yet.
Someday trips.
Later plans.
When things slow down (which, spoiler alert, they never do).

But here’s what I’ve learned:
Leaving doesn’t take away from my family—it adds to who I bring back home.

Right now, I’m in Park City for Sundance with girlfriends who love to ski far more than I do. They’re up early chasing fresh powder. I’m slower. Coffee first. Then I chase them on the mountain for most of the day. Props to this mama for showing up, and keeping up!

Back home, I’m cheering on my daughter as she prepares to try out for the University of Utah dance team. Watching her work toward something she wants—something that scares her a little—has been a powerful reminder that life doesn’t wait until it’s convenient.

If she can go all in on her dream, I can stop putting mine on hold.

Takeaway:
Stop waiting for perfect timing. The memories you make now become the energy you carry forward.

More Quality Time (The Kind That Actually Fills You)

I’m craving less multitasking and more presence—because doing everything at once doesn’t actually mean doing anything well.

That looks like:

  • Mornings spent with my family (when we’re actually in the same place at the same time)
  • Long dinners with friends where phones stay face down
  • Conversations that go past the surface and don’t feel rushed by the check

I’ve realized that being “busy” isn’t the same as being fulfilled.
And being available to everyone doesn’t mean being connected to anyone—including myself.

Takeaway:
Quality time isn’t about quantity—it’s about intention. And yes, sometimes that means saying no and disappointing people. You’ll survive.

More Success (On My Terms)

This year, I’m building something new.

It’s been quietly in the works—shaped by my life, my values, and everything I’ve learned as a woman, a mother, and someone who has absolutely done things the hard way first.

I can’t share details yet.
But I can say this: it’s deeply personal, intentionally paced, and super sexy.

For the first time, success doesn’t feel like proving something.
It feels like claiming something.

Takeaway:
Success doesn’t have to be loud to be legitimate. If it fits your life, it counts.

Less Noise, More Alignment

This might be the most important part of my vision.

Less comparison (especially late at night when we’re tired and scrolling).
Less rushing.
Less saying yes out of obligation—or guilt—or because “it’s just easier.”

More confidence.
More trust in myself.
More choosing what actually fits—even if it doesn’t make sense to everyone else.

Lately, alignment has meant prioritizing real recovery—like stepping into my Sunlighten Sauna instead of scrolling or pushing through exhaustion. It’s my way of decompressing, clearing my head, and giving my body a real break—especially in seasons that feel full.

I’m learning that peace is a form of success.
And clarity? That’s luxury.

This next chapter feels intentional.
Not forced.
Not frantic.
And honestly? That feels like growth.

How I’m Getting There (In Real Life)

Because vision boards are cute—but execution is where it actually happens:

  • Saying no without a five-paragraph explanation
  • Choosing experiences over things
  • Letting different seasons look different
  • Trusting that slowing down doesn’t mean falling behind
  • Remembering that fulfillment doesn’t need an audience

My Wellness Takeaways

If you’re craving more life and less noise, start here:

  • Stop waiting for permission—especially from yourself
  • Choose experiences over perfection
  • Protect your time like it matters (because it does)
  • Let rest be productive enough
  • Trust that quiet progress still counts
