Fun moments surf side at the @ritzcarltonkapalua 🌸🌺🐟
Everywhere I go in the wild corners of Hawaii is as astonishing as the beauty! The untouched natural landscapes and the lava rock peninsulas make me feel like I’m a world away yet still so close.
The @ritzcarltonkapalua holds a special place in my heart. Last time I was here I was with a group of my closet girlfriends. We laughed, played, ate and also mourned the loss of sweet Shelby while I was away. As hard as it was being away from my family, the Ritz Carlton Kapalua gave me amazing rainbows every day.🌈
Returning to this iconic resort with my family and and friends is incredible … we are surrounded by golden beaches, coastal trails and endless opportunities for exploration!

I met Bobby right after 9/11 at Asia De Cuba on Madison and 5th. He was a dental student at NYU and I was a high school teacher. My mouth dropped when I saw him. I was smitten. We shared a kiss on a dance floor at studio 54! 💃🏼🕺🏽Of course he waited 3 days to call me, but we finally went on a date. We had a lot in common from loving football to loving what NYC had to offer for us youngins’. After 9 months I gave him an ultimatum. He was going to serve his country and I was moveable being a school teacher. Famous words from my bestie, “you have nothing to lose and so much to gain.” He said I would be the perfect wife and the perfect mom, and so I left NYC and took a chance on love!
